Non-returnable items:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)


2. Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused & unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached


3. Refund Options

Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • Product Exchange

  • Store Credit

  • Refund (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item.


4. Return Process

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if product is damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and approve the return if it meets criteria.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided return address.

  4. Refund/exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.


5. Wrong or Defective Product

If you received the wrong or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
